Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Manager of Real Estate Facilities Operations
Status: Full Time
Job Summary
PF Baseline LLC is looking for someone to support our tremendous growth, who enjoys maintenance, travel, and customer service.
Our maintenance technician will be a critical member of our team, keeping our facilities running smoothly to uphold member satisfaction. This will include preventive maintenance, equipment and building repairs and miscellaneous duties at multiple facilities. You will assist in monitoring building system operations and performance, interact with facility staff and members while utilizing trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Complete assigned work orders related to repairs and upkeep of facilities. This includes areas of fitness equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general repairs as necessary.
2. Complete work in a clean, efficient, and professional manner.
3. Maintain an organized inventory of routine parts & supplies.
4. Complete preventative maintenance duties and record keeping.
5. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
6. Travel to multiple locations as necessary.
7. Recommend improvements to overall maintenance policies and procedures.
8. Other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
· Five years related experience and/or training is preferred.
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
· Prefer experience and working knowledge of fitness equipment, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring.
· Must have own hand tools.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Interpersonal and communication skills required.
Physical Demands
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; on occasion will lift up to 100 pounds.
· Stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift.
