About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
- Assist with membership inquiries and facilitate sign-ups.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment.
- Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism.
- Promote fitness programs and special offers to members.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help create a positive and motivating atmosphere for all members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or fitness environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
