Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused team member to drive new member sales and create a welcoming experience for all members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with potential members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Handle front desk tasks, including answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and providing facility tours.
  • Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
  • Support members with amenities and services while addressing concerns or forwarding issues to the appropriate manager.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized club environment.

  • Active Listening: Understand customer concerns by listening attentively, empathizing, and collaborating to find solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze issues, explore solutions, and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Diplomacy: Communicate with tact, professionalism, and appropriate language in all interactions.
  • Communication: Address questions, concerns, or issues with supervisors promptly and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong integrity and work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands

  • Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift
  • Frequent verbal communication in person or on the phone (75% of the shift)
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (less than 30% of the time)
Compensación: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
